This book analyzes the relations and working conditions of teachers in the public sector, taking into account the changes - including ongoing changes - in the world of work and their links with education. Starting from the contrast between legislation and the daily lives of teachers, the work examines the construction of careers and working hours in the Sمo Paulo public sector.
