About this Product
My Boy, Mr. Bailey: The Trouble With a Rattlesnake is a true story. Mr. Bailey is a Miniature Pinscher, a small 11-pound dog living in South Texas. The story is based on the real trouble that happened in September, 2011 between Mr. Bailey and a rattlesnake. This heart-warming tale about a tiny dog having a run-in with a rattlesnake will engage readers of all ages. Learn how Mr. Bailey survives and if there are any lasting effects. At the end of the book is an eye-opening fact page about rattlesnakes. Author/illustrator Nina M. Asbury lives in Del Rio, Texas. She plans to write more stories about Mr. Bailey and his adventures.
