1. The device must power on and charging (if not powering or charging it will not be accepted).

2. All buttons must be in working conditions and volume UP - DOWN & MUTE button must be functioning also.

3. iCloud must be unlocked (if locked it will not be accepted)

4. The cameras must be in working condition (Both front and back camera).

5. The screen must be working properly without any pixel or discolored.

6. All other device functions must be in working condition.

7. Device and screen must be without crack and bend.

8. Body should not be bulged.

Note: Please format your device before completing the trade-in.,

1. iPhone Upgrade Offer allow you to trade in your old iPhone with new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max at a discounted price.

2. The trade in device must be in working condition as describe above. Devices will be tested in Jarir Bookstore. If the trade-in device does not meet the given conditions, customer will not be able to complete the trade-in transaction.

3. Only iPhone 8 / 8 Plus, iPhone X / XR / XS / XS Max are allowed to trade-in.

4. Once the old device is successfully tested inside Jarir Bookstore, the customer will be able to complete the trade-in transaction and get the new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max at a discount.

5. Each customer is allowed to trade-in only ONE device per transaction in single invoice.

6. The device that the customer will trade-in does not have to be purchased from Jarir Bookstore.

7. Once the device is traded-in and transaction is complete, NO return is allowed for traded in device (Old Device).

8. Trade-in device can not be redeemed for cash. The new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max can’t be returned even if sealed.

9. In case New iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max is defective the standard Jarir return policy will be applied.

10. Evaluation of the device is at complete discretion of Jarir Bookstore. Jarir has the right to REJECT any device that doesn’t meet the requirement.
