Introspection: A Collection Of Poetry

Twenty-one poems of pain, anxiety, depression, and healing, all drawn from the poets personal life and experiences. Starting with the darkest, and progressing to the more optimistic poems, the author takes a look at their own sadness: the causes, the feelings, and the journey to mending oneself. Anyone who has dealt with depression, anxiety, even social anxiety, and some aspects of being a mom, will relate to the poems within.
