Intervention plan to prevent occupational hazards

The main objective of this research work is the proposal of an Intervention Plan to avoid occupational hazards in the sterilization area of a Hospital. Before executing the design of the proposed proposal, an analysis was made of the components that make up the strategies to avoid occupational hazards, in order to have a theoretical basis and achieve the proposed objective.The main source of information were the interviews conducted with those involved in the process, such as nurses, who expressed the need to improve and avoid occupational hazards, as well as the surveys conducted, which were of maximum contribution, since they contributed to verify the idea to defend the present work.
