ABOUT AUTHOR

After leaving his legacy at IIT Kanpur, the author Gyanesh Chaudhry, was one of the few who joined the Electronics R & D Division of Tata Electric Cos., in Bombay in October 1967. His vision and foresight facilitated them to build up and establish the new division from scratch, besides carrying out the new projects successfully. His indomitable fervor for his work made him win "Under Frequency Detection System & Gradual Load Shedding " as the best annual project by FICCI in the 1970s.

His other prestigious credentials also include the Amity University Awards of Corporate Excellence & HR Excellence (2008), the National Award in Lean Manufacturing Techniques by the Ministry of MSME (2013), the National Award in Innovation by the Ministry of MSME (2014), and Winner of Excellence Award in Cost Competitiveness by ASSOCHAM India (2015).
