Examining the maximization of consumer protection via the consumers jurisdiction and law, this volume discusses how to improve the efficiency of juridical protection for consumers who contract with foreign sellers by electronic means and offers recommendations which provide a basis for the consumer to sue in his own jurisdiction and for the law of the consumers domicile to apply.
