Small-scale industries are an important segment of the economy of the state. It is contributing substantially in the form of production, employment, and export, thus playing a vital role in fulfilling the socio-economic objectives. So, Resource Capacity Building and Indigenous Knowledge emerged as the most important indicator of effective management of the project by the Gram Panchayat organization.
