An Educators Handbook

The first part is about the the many facets of the role with on the job experiences to bring the reality of a day too light and to always act with kindness, care, respect and professionalism from the beginning. The second part is for Educators personal well-being and mental health. It includes strategies from Life Coaching and Mindfulness look after themselves both in all areas of their lives.

This handbook also highlights "how we learn to be able to teach" enlightening educators on the importance of planning activities for these young years of fast child development for each child to grasp the lesson. Anyone will benefit from this "how we learn" chapter. Morriss motivation behind the book was to advocate for the children. Children in care services rely on Educators to keep them safe and guide them to grow into respectful, caring, motivated, happy, resilient capable and kind people to thrive in life.
