QUALITY OF WORK LIFE

What does it mean quality of work life (QWL) nowadays? What are the aspects that reflects more its global influence? How the QWL can be developed in parallel with the organizational effectiveness? These and some other questions are answered by two research and related in this book. The theoretical study and the first research shows that QWL is a broad, complex concept that evolves with the time according to the changes. It also identifies the classical and current dimensions as well as the similarities and differences between researchers and workers according to the QWL perspective. The second study shows explain the dimension between QWL and the dimensions of its components proposing a general rate of QWL. In this rate it is identified that factors that contributes more for it and the ones that influences more the individual and groups performance in formal work.
