Philosophy as a Foundation for Education and the Emancipation of the Human Being

Philosophy, and its practice, being a knowledge that excels in rational-critical reflection, will focus on the education and formation of the new subject (student), equipping him with axiological competences, in the educational context, in which the student is inserted in his daily life, subsidising ways of acting that renew social life. In this respect, it is urgent to think about education, giving it a new anthropo-philosophical-axiological approach. In this respect, we dare to say that we cant and shouldnt think about education and, consequently, the emancipation of the human being, outside of the anthro-philosophical-axiological parameter, that is, with a philosophical foundation and substrate of human values.
