People of the Raven: A Historical Fantasy Series

New York Times bestselling authors W. Michael Gear and Kathleen ONeal Gear present a gripping tale of survival, ambition, and conflict in ancient America.

As melting glaciers reshape the rugged Pacific Northwest, the Raven People struggle to adapt to a world where familiar landscapes vanish, and survival becomes more perilous with each passing day. Mammoths and Mastodons have disappeared, and the Raven People fear they may be facing extinction. At the heart of this struggle is Rain Bear, chief of Sandy Point Village, who must balance the survival of his people with a decision that could bring either hope or destruction.

When Evening Star, a mysterious red-haired woman, stumbles into Rain Bears lodge, the stakes skyrocket. A fugitive from the brutal North Wind People-their sworn enemies-she warns of a coming war. Rain Bear faces a brutal choice: shelter her and risk an all-out assault from the North Wind People, or send her back to almost certain death. As tensions escalate, Rain Bear must decide whether to prepare his people for a fight they may not win or to seek sanctuary elsewhere, knowing that any choice could shatter them.

Set against the majestic yet unforgiving beauty of a changing world, PEOPLE OF THE RAVEN is a thrilling saga of endurance, sacrifice, and loyalty. Will Rain Bears courage be enough to secure a future for his people, or will their legacy be lost to the ravages of time?
