Intercultural Interactions in the Multicultural Workplace : Traditional and Positive Organizational Scholarship

This volume explores the work environment in multinational corporations. To do so, it integrates studies on the organizational sciences, cross-cultural management, positive psychology and sociology within a single comprehensive framework.
