Intelligence Science II : Third IFIP TC 12 International Conference

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Intelligence Science, ICIS 2018, held in Beijing China, in November 2018.

The 44 full papers and 5 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 85 submissions.
