Industrial Management

Management is a social process. For whatever collective purpose that individuals are brought together, managers are responsible for getting the right person to do the right thing at the right time. Managers in all types of organizations have said that both they and their organizations are only as good as the people employed in them. Industry is taken as a group of productive firms concerned with a particular business dealing with tangible products or other services. It is a part of business activity, which concerns itself with the raising production, processing or fabrication of products. Industrial Management is concerned with much broader functions in a company. It is simultaneously using the ability to apply engineering principles and the skill in organising and directing resources, people and projects. An Industrial manager manages technical functions and broader business functions.
