Evidence Based Practices for BOSS Teaching

Classroom management and discipline problems have reached crisis proportions, yet most teachers do not embrace evidence-based practices for effective management. Instead, most teachers continue to utilize ineffective punishment-based strategies that only make matters worse. John Maag has has referred to this ineffective teacher practice as "paradigm paralysis." This book shows teachers how to "undo" this paradigm paralysis.
