Research Paper (postgraduate) from the year 2011 in the subject Business economics - Business Management, Corporate Governance, language: English, abstract: This book is written around the idea of cross-cultural integration of values and behaviours, in the context of teamwork and workplace diversity. It groups a series of related studies, referring to teamwork in multicultural products, to the entrepreneurial orientation of young graduates, and labour market discrimination. The case studies refer, mainly, to the Romanian business and non-business market, attempting to structure around driving concepts a transitional environment.
