It is well known that in the last ten years in Kazakhstan there has been not only an increase in crime, but also a change in its nature. It has acquired new qualities: corruption, criminal professionalism, weaponry, etc. Science and practice face two major problems everywhere: growth of premeditated crimes and their poor detection. Both have the potential to create an acute crime situation and a corresponding social crisis.
