The IMS is described as a comprehensive system encompassing cargo tracking, documentation management, customs integration, inventory management, data analytics, and communication channels. The benefits of the IMS include increased operational efficiency, improved accuracy, transparency, and reduced costs. However, the challenges of technological integration, data security, and training are also addressed.The report also investigates the Airport Concession Management process at HSIA, covering retail, food and beverage, and other services.
