African Languages/Langues Africaines: Volume 5 (1) 1979

Volume 5 (1) of <em>African Languages</em> originally published in 1979, is a special issue focussing on the Bantu languages in Tanzania. The languages are discussed according to 4 regions of Tanzania and although the sub-grouping is lexicostatistical, the classification is borne out by other consdierations, such as phonology and verbal morphology.
