عن المنتج

First published in 1897, this volume contains an introduction to the Bulgarian language, with a specific a focus on Grammar and reading. William Richard Morfill FBA (1834 - 1909) was Professor of Russian and allied languages at the University of Oxford from 1900 to 1909. He was the first such professor in Britain and wrote many books on the subject, including "Simplified Grammar of the Serbian Language" (1887), "The Story of Russia" (1890), and "Slavonic Region" (1904). This is a fantastic and comprehensive introduction to the Bulgarian language not to be missed by those interested in learning the language. Contents include: "Dialects", "Accentuation", "Inflected Parts of Speech", "The Article", "The Noun", "Declension", "The Adjective", "Consonantal Stems", "Adjectives". "Degrees of Comparison", "The Numerals", "Pronouns", "The Verb", "Prefixes", etc. Many vintage books such as this are increasingly scarce and expensive. It is with this in mind that we are republishing this classic volume now in an affordable, modern, high-quality edition for the enjoyment of language learners now and for years to come.
