A widely published expert onwater resources, he wrote Optimal Control of Hydrosystems (Marcel Dekker)and was editor in chief of both Water Resources Handbook (McGraw-Hill)and Hydraulic Design Handbook (McGraw-Hill). Co-author of both AppliedHydrology and Hydrosystems Engineering and Management published byMcGraw-Hill, and was the editor in chief of Reliability Analysis ofWater Distribution Systems (ASCE), and co-editor of Computer Modelingof Free-Surface and Pressurized Flows (Kluwer Academic Publishers).He has published extensively on his research in water resources management.
