He is currently the curriculumdevelopment manager for the Professional Training Centre at ColchesterInstitute where he is responsible for various plumbing, heating, gasand electrical training and assessment programmes. Roy is author ofseveral books, including two other highly successful textbooks publishedby Wiley-Blackwell, the Plumbing Encyclopaedia and Gas InstallationTechnology.
