1- Pay with Tabby option is valid on Jarir website and showrooms.

2- Pay with Tabby is eligible for all Categories.

3- Minimum invoice value is AED 200 and maximum invoice value is AED 5000

4- Items bought with Tabby can’t be returned.

5- For return/exchange, please refer to Jarir Bookstore’s return and exchange policy.

8- The transaction might be rejected due to one of the following reasons:

*Make sure you have only one Tabby account created.​

*Uploading wrong or not clear ID card

9- Late Payment. In case of late payment, you are obligated to pay additional collection fees from the date you are in default.​

What are the requirements to use Tabby?

Tabby is available to all citizens and residents. We only need your mobile number and a valid payment method.

What are Tabby's minimum and maximum purchases at Jarir?

Minimum loan value is AED 200, and maximum loan value is AED 5000. In case the invoice amount is more than AED 5000, customer can pay the remaining amount as follow:

The remaining amount will be added to the 1st installment payment. For example: If the invoice value is AED 7000, and customer’s approval from Tabby is AED 5000. The customer will pay the remaining AED 2000 with the first payment AED 1250, hence the total 1st payment will be AED 3250, 2nd payment AED 1250, 3rd payment AED 1250, 4th payment AED 1250.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Tabby?

There is a limit of AED 7,000. The approval decision when shopping with Tabby can depend on the following:

Your payment history with Tabby

Your remaining balance and unpaid orders with Tabby

The purchase amount of your shopping basket

Other factors to determine approvals which we’re unable to reveal due to security reasons

How do I make a payment?

The quickest and easiest way is to make payments and check the status of your payments on Tabby’s app.

When you use Visa and Mastercard cards to shop with Tabby, your payments are automatically charged based on a payment schedule shown at the time of purchase. Once you’ve successfully made a purchase with Tabby, you will receive an email with your payment schedule for your reference. We’ll also send you reminders of upcoming payments. You can also view your statement, make payments, and manage your account by logging in online or using the Tabby app.

Tabby does not approve 100% of all orders as we are committed to supporting responsible shopping habits. We understand that it can be frustrating to be declined for purchase after being approved in the past. Tabby uses different factors to determine whether orders are approved and your spending limit may vary based on the store where you are shopping. Tabby’s Customer Service team is not able to change the automated outcome of the approval decision.

If you want to make an earlier payment, log in online or get the app and select the order you want to settle and then choose ‘Payment options’. There are no fees when you pay off your balance early.

You can change cards and manage your account by logging in online or using the Tabby app.

How will I know when I need to pay?

After receiving your order, Tabby will let you know by email and SMS when your payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments in your Tabby account on the app or Tabby.ai.

The payment is due, but I haven't received my order.

If you haven’t received your order, kindly do the following and we’ll adjust your account to ensure that you won’t need to make any payments until the issue is resolved.

Track your delivery: Use the tracking number provided by Jarir for updates on your order’s estimated delivery date.

Contact Jarir. If no shipping information is available or your delivery is delayed, please contact Jarir directly.

Find and tap the order you haven’t received.

Choose ‘My order is not delivered’ and contact us.

What happens if I miss a payment?

How can I get a refund?

All refunds will be issued according to the Jarir’s policy for returns and cancellations. Once Jarir has registered your return or cancellation with Tabby, your refund will be processed. Here’s what you can expect with your refund:

If the refunded amount is less than the remaining payments, then the remaining payments will be adjusted against accordingly.

If the refunded amount is more than the remaining payments, then the remaining payments will be canceled and the rest will be refunded.

How long does a refund take?

The amount is returned to the card used for the payment process. This will show up on your balance within 2 – 5 days, but could take longer depending on your bank.
